Naomi has worked in Communications and Marketing at a large non-profit organization, as a Chief Technical Officer at a web development and public relations firm, and co-founded Signify Studio, a boutique graphic and web design company with her husband, Jared.
She and Jared have developed My Jewish Website and Online Fundraising Strategy together, which concentrate on building delightful, conversion-focused customer and donor journeys for niche audiences to take specific actions on websites.
She hosts the Grow Your Non-Profit Podcast, which helps non-profits learn about digital marketing so they can improve their online fundraising without tech overwhelm or marketing hype.

At Rochester Institute of Technology, Naomi Lantzman earned a Bachelors of Science degree in New Media Publishing and a Masters of Science degree in Communications and Media Technologies. She later narrowed her focus towards graphic design and web development. She has since taught over one hundred courses in print, publishing, web development and design at The Digital Media Arts College, Lynn University, American InterContinental University and The Art Institute.
In all these years in this industry, she has never lost her love of, or her enthusiasm for, brainstorming, building relationships and diving into “cooler-than-average” projects. She takes pride in building a sense of purpose and a habit of hard work while establishing an eye for quality.
